SPICY CHICKEN ADOBO

Sautee onion and garlic followed by chicken meat, cook until meat is well sauteed. Add pepper, soy sauce, chicken cube and chilli flakes. Add water then simmer for 15mins low fire. Finally, add vinegar and cook uncovered. Once the sauce reduces and thickens its ready to serve. Best served with hot steam rice. Enjoy.
List of ingredients:
500grms Chicken thigh w/o skin
3 cloves Garlic
1 small Onion
3 tbs Cooking Oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1pc Chicken Cube(optional)
Pepper whole/ground
Chilli Flakes (quantity as desired)
